About the role
- Deliver multidisciplinary, complex EPC and CapEx projects
- Organize work to ensure projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget
- Responsible for high-level stakeholder management and all project controls
- Act as Owner’s representative for clients or be part of larger project teams
- Manage projects across client and internal/external teams
- Work on projects in industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG, Metallurgy
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering or a technical Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a project manager
- Proven record of leading large CapEx or EPC projects
- Outstanding people management and communication skills
- Proactive "make-it-happen" mentality
- Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to travel within a reasonable distance to the client
- Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus
- Fluent in English and Dutch
