Facilitating a program to increase automation on existing machinery and production lines across our global supply chain.
Overseeing the global implementation of a standard training room concept, ensuring continuous learning and operational excellence across all factories.
Requirements
Solid experience in leading complex global projects within manufacturing or supply chain environments with experience from consulting or a global project management office
A project management toolkit, including scope definition, planning, budgeting, and execution.
Skilled in analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to structure and execute large-scale initiatives.
A natural ability to engage with senior leaders, while collaborating with colleagues across all levels—from shop floor to executive level.
A collaborative and inclusive mindset, motivated to contribute to a supportive team culture.
Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams (e.g. production, quality, IT).
Financial acumen to develop and present compelling business cases.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
A valid project management certification (e.g. IPMA D/C, PRINCE2).
