About the role

  • Manage medium- to high-impact projects from inception through final delivery, following the processes, tools, and standards defined by the PMO.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with organizational strategies, working collaboratively with business areas.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including schedule, budget, risk management, communications, and quality.
  • Lead status meetings, steering committees, and executive presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective allocation of resources, identifying needs and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards, methodologies, and metrics defined by the PMO.
  • Support continuous improvement of PMO processes by sharing lessons learned and best practices.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) as adopted by the organization.
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure delivery of business value and benefits.
  • Act as a change agent and facilitator in the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing projects under a Directive PMO model or similar structures.
  • Practical knowledge of traditional (waterfall) and agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) project management methodologies.
  • Experience with project and portfolio management tools.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (advantageous).
  • PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification is desirable.
