About the role
- Manage all phases of project planning and execution
- Establish and maintain communications among all project/program stakeholders
- Lead projects from initiation to implementation and benefit sustainment
- Direct detailed data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track project progress
- Assure Project Plan, reports and reporting means are developed and managed according to established organizational governance
- Support Senior Operational leadership with focused analyses or improvement efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial/Systems Engineering and/or related healthcare-related fields strongly preferred
- 4 years of management consulting, business analysis, project management, and/or a healthcare-related field
- Formal project management training (e.g. PMP) desirable
- Formal improvement (e.g. lean, Six Sigma) desirable
- Understanding of data analytics and experience with data analysis / presentation tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc) a plus.
