About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage international transactions and projects across all phases – from target screening to post-merger integration
- Build and apply advanced financial models to assess potential investment opportunities and synergy potential
- Analyze and evaluate financial statements of potential targets, assessing economic position, profitability, and future cash flow potential
- Lead due diligence and risk assessment processes in collaboration with internal teams and external experts (advisors, legal, financial, etc.)
- Conduct market analyses and identify strategic acquisition opportunities to support long-term, sustainable growth
- Negotiate and close transactions while navigating regulatory and industry-specific requirements
- Manage complex investment and operational projects, coordinating with external stakeholders and local partners
- Support the integration and operational steering of acquired businesses
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for both ongoing projects and subsidiaries to improve operational performance
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Several years of professional experience in Investment, M&A, Business Development, or Project Management
- Strong background in financial modeling, company valuation, and due diligence
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with a passion for complex projects
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international environment
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
