Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring strategic and operational projects;
Manage schedules, scopes, budgets and risks, applying agile, hybrid or traditional methodologies as appropriate;
Support the prioritization of requests and the allocation of resources;
Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions;
Ensure adherence to internal policies, governance standards and compliance requirements;
Facilitate communication among business areas, technology, risk and senior management;
Work collaboratively with business, technology and governance areas to align initiatives with corporate objectives;
Act as a facilitator between technical teams and business areas, ensuring effective communication and data-driven decision making;
Responsible for preparing executive reports, performance indicators (KPIs) and presentations for committees and managers;
Participate in the development and monitoring of the Master Plan, contributing to the strategic planning of initiatives in alignment with corporate guidelines and prioritizing projects and requests according to business objectives and resource constraints.
Requirements
Proven experience managing medium and high complexity projects;
Ability to analyze requirements, define schedules, map risks and propose mitigation plans;
Strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, clear communication and a results-oriented approach;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, IT or related fields;
Experience with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (MS Project, Jira);
Certifications such as PMP, PSM (Scrum Master), PSPO (Product Owner) or similar;
ITIL Foundation certification;
COBIT Foundation certification;
Minimum of 5+ years proven experience in project management at medium or large companies;
Experience with both agile and traditional methodologies;
Strong documentation skills;
Technical proficiency in reading and written communication in English.
