About the role

  • Maintain project budgets in the Clarity tool to ensure it remains a reliable source of data for analysis.
  • Track staffing and reflect staff movements in Clarity.
  • Produce standard monthly workforce projection reports.
  • Keep track of timesheet entries for all our staff.
  • Ensure compliance with PPM (Planning & Portfolio Management) processes.
  • Act as the main point of contact with Procurement and Finances departments to guarantee alignment.
  • Process purchase orders and invoicing related.
  • Participate in ad-hoc requests and strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in an IT environment
  • Knowledge of Clarity or project management tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of Oracle/eProcurement (an asset)
  • Have strong financial management skills with proven experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis
  • Strong analytical ability, detail-oriented, proactive, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to take care of several tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Excellent planning skills and organizational skills
  • Excellent at presenting analysis results and recommendations to a diverse range of stakeholders
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
