Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Project Manager throughout the project lifespan
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on time delivery
- Develop and manage multiple project schedules
- Monitor progress of overall construction activities
- Be on calls with management to review job site issues, work schedules, sub-contractor performance, and workflow efficiency
- Organize and schedule regular vendor meetings which provide updates on deliveries, technical issues, documentation, etc.
- Organize and schedule regular customer updates on all aspects of the project
- Help implement suggested changes by either customers or vendors
- Handle the “day to day” project operations, such as site buys and expediting
Requirements
- Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or similar experience
- Minimum 3 – 5 years preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output
- Knowledge of PVF materials and processes
- Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software
- Strong organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented with excellent leadership and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
