- Prepare accurate estimates that capture the full scope of work using digital tools and available job documentation.
- Track budgets, change orders, and cost impacts to support profitability and billing accuracy.
- Ensure scope alignment between field conditions, customer expectations, and insurance guidelines.
- Coordinate schedules and deliverables with internal departments, field teams, and subcontractors.
- Plan and adjust timelines to maintain workflow efficiency and minimize delays.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the reconstruction process.
- Guide customers through insurance-related steps, documentation needs, and project expectations.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols to protect employees, subcontractors, customers, and job sites.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, or a related field preferred
- 1–2 years in construction, restoration, plumbing, water mitigation, or carpentry preferred
- Proven experience managing residential reconstruction and/or restoration projects
- Strong leadership, organization, and ability to manage multiple active projects
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Proficient with estimating and project management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
- Commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.
