Promote platform thinking by collaborating with Product Managers to create cohesive, scalable, and extensible solutions aligned with Spotify’s long-term vision.

Requirements
You are a platform PM with experience of shipping internal platforms at consumer scale.
A proven operator with a track record of formulating product vision, defining and implementing product strategy to launch internal platform systems
Collaborative and able to thrive in cross-functional teams.
Inspirational with an ability to empower and support a team to get things done.
You have demonstrable experience developing and managing world-class software products
You’re experienced in making hard data-informed decisions (A/B experimentation, user testing, data analysis, competitors and market analysis, defining metrics)
Experience in crafting clear product requirements based on research, data and insights.
An expert with APIs, data pipelines or very familiar with technical roles.
