About the role

  • Application Manager/Product Owner at Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark bridging business and IT. Responsible for support and development of central systems in banking operations.

Responsibilities

  • You bring together business and technical requirements and act as the first point of contact for our sales applications.
  • You manage central systems used in day-to-day advisory work and serve as the interface between the business unit and IT.
  • You collect requirements from Sales, clarify functional details with end users and prepare them clearly for technical implementation.
  • You support the implementation through to productive deployment, keeping dependencies and deadlines in view.
  • You coordinate releases, assist with incident analysis and act as the point of contact for functional questions regarding the applications.
  • Your close contact with users allows you to identify needed adjustments early, present them in a structured manner and ensure stable operation.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • Professional experience in banking
  • Strong interest in digital topics and enthusiasm for new technologies and ways of working
  • Enjoy working independently and in a solution-oriented manner
  • Proactive mindset and constructive team collaboration
