Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in the Product Owner role
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and manage product backlogs
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with compensation-related mathematical functions and formulas
