About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing and developing new audio suppliers, focusing on strategic expansion and diversification of the portfolio.
- Lead commercial negotiations involving costs, margins and partnerships, ensuring profitability, competitiveness and an excellent purchasing experience for Fast Shop customers.
- Work in partnership with suppliers and internal teams to ensure execution of the commercial calendar, managing KPIs, supply, pricing and product exposure.
- Perform performance analyses and propose tactical and promotional actions, contributing to brand strengthening and sustainable business growth.
- Achieving Sales and Profitability Targets: Implement and execute the sales plan, monitoring the performance of sales channels daily, weekly and monthly (by category and SKU).
- Analyze competitor actions and take corrective measures with manufacturers and channels to adjust and optimize performance.
- Planning and Execution of Actions: Collaborate with internal areas (supply, sales, marketing, pricing, demand, etc.) to plan and define daily actions, ensuring delivery of expected results for the product lines under your responsibility.
- Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate offers and campaigns with suppliers, aligning them with the company’s strategies and partnerships. Continuously seek best practices and results to ensure the success of sales initiatives.
- Ensure efficient management of the product portfolio through coordination with the supply team to guarantee continuous supply, eliminate discontinued items and optimize the product mix.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed)
- Proven experience as a Product Manager
- Advanced English preferred
- Experience in the audio sector preferred
