About the role

  • Lead the Booking Optimization Team focused on improving client booking flow and post-booking experience to increase revenue.
  • Identify and deliver improvements to the client booking flow and post-booking experience to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with UX Research and Design to analyze user flows and identify areas for optimization.
  • Conduct competitive research and UX teardowns to generate innovative booking flow ideas.
  • Drive rapid experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive learning.
  • Work closely with Data Science to analyze experiment results and determine next steps.
  • Champion a culture of bold experimentation, risk-taking, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Own the business outcomes related to bookings and revenue.
  • Operate as an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Product, Growth and drive measurable outcomes related to high-priority OKRs and product strategy.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 5 years in the product management field.
  • You have at least 2+ years in a Growth Product Manager role.
  • You have deep knowledge of marketplace optimization.
  • You are experienced with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely) and methodologies.
  • You possess a strong command of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) and data analysis.
  • You can prioritize from a large backlog in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are an exceptional collaborator with Design, UX Research, and Data Science to identify opportunities.
