About the role
- Manage and prioritize the backlog;
- Understand the needs of the business area;
- Identify customers' pain points and needs;
- Conduct discovery and define scope for initiatives;
- Remove impediments blocking value delivery by the squad;
- Lead business and technical refinement ceremonies with the squad;
- Plan releases and run kick-offs;
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders;
- Oversee product support processes with the support and maintenance teams;
- Contribute to the product roadmap vision;
- Connect strategic OKRs to the initiatives prioritized in the squad;
- Collect metrics for delivered work;
- Monitor the health of the product.
Requirements
- Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
- Product lifecycle;
- Product discovery;
- Creation and tracking of metrics and outcomes;
- OKRs;
- Use of performance indicators;
- Tools such as Power BI, Notion, and other product management tools;
- Understanding of project development and its planning and execution stages;
- Knowledge of Pix and its features;
- Familiarity with the receivables registration ecosystem and experience working with registrars will be a plus.
