Responsibilities
Understands customer use cases and market direction, aligning team and processes to meet segmented customer needs while considering competitors and regulations.
Uses key metrics, data sources, and hypothesis-driven strategies to guide product decisions, even in ambiguous or low-data environments.
Independently drives go-to-market plans, pricing, and collateral, while supporting strategic planning and managing product sunsets.
Leads end-to-end product development using agile SDLC, writing clear requirements and managing complex design challenges independently.
Aligns product vision and roadmap with business strategy, leveraging competitor insights and ROI analysis to support investment decisions.
Applies high-level understanding of tech stack and data tools to collaborate with technical teams and support new product development.

Requirements
6+ years of experience as a product manager
Preferred experience in digital identity verification and authentication solutions
Domain experience in Insurance preferred
Experience with product strategy and/or product marketing preferred
Recognized as full owner of a product or sizable feature of a complex product.
Frequent product customer engagements that lead to positive commercial outcomes.
