- Process contractual changes to insurance policies by reviewing and handling requests for additions, removals or data modifications to ensure records accurately reflect the terms agreed between the insured and the insurer.
- Verify clauses, coverages and general conditions by reviewing documents and regulations to ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements.
- Perform premium calculations using risk parameters and insurers' rate tables to price policies appropriately and reduce inconsistencies.
- Monitor policy terms and expiration dates through internal controls and reports to anticipate renewals and avoid process failures.
- Provide support to clients and internal departments with clear and accurate guidance to resolve queries and strengthen relationships.
- Keep records and controls up to date in internal systems to ensure the integrity of operational information.
- Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as required by the area, through training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor, in order to ensure continuous professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) / non-life insurance, including new policies, policy renewals, contracts (policies) and endorsements.
