About the role

Responsibilities
- Foster a deep understanding of our customer’s needs, pain points, and desires
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and content to build and iterate on features that engage adult learners and support long term retention
- Manage projects through the product development lifecycle from idea through release
- Maintain the product roadmap and keep the company informed on all things related to your projects
- Identify key performance indicators for the projects you work on, and monitor and report on those KPIs as the product is improved over time
- Train customer support and the sales team on feature updates
Requirements
- Familiarity with continuous discovery or empowered product team models
- At least 5 years in a product management role
- Experience using data analytics to drive product improvements
- Experience or demonstrated interest in learning science
- Located in the Durham, NC area
- Experience conducting user research (preferred)
- Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (preferred)
