Product Manager responsible for managing product lifecycle and driving improvements in payments and settlement technologies at Fiserv. Leading market strategy and customer engagement for product development.
Responsibilities
Manage product development process inclusive of product commercialization tasks required to bring product to market
Ownership of Commerce Hub (CH) Gateway and responsible for driving changes to enrich CH product experience
Drive product development and improvements across Settlements and Finxact
Lead project lifecycle to deliver development efforts
Establish and maintain awareness and understanding of customer and market needs
Develop business cases to support new product recommendations
Manage issues throughout the product development process including problem identification, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication
Act as a primary negotiator between internal groups and clients to resolve issues
Create documents and API Spec for each feature for publishing in the DevStudio
Participate in reviewing documents from other teams and publish
Represent Fiserv and the product at industry and community events
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management
Working experience within the payment space, preferably with Settlements or Finxact
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
Experience with payments or payment technology
Proven experience managing projects concurrently at various stages within an agile environment
Ability to communicate across internal and external stakeholders from engineering to executives
2+ years experience with technical writing
Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-manage with little direction
Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
