About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete product lifecycle, from initial ideation to development and launch
  • Drive the modernization of a new enterprise correspondence platform
  • Collaborate across diverse teams, including Technology, Supply Chain, and Servicing Strategy
  • Work across LOBs to offboard and onboard new customer communications
  • Understand both internal and external customer needs and translate them into innovative new capabilities

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or currently pursuing a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
