Own and lead the end-to-end FP&A product roadmap, with OneStream as the primary platform, across Corporate (AYI), ABL, and AIS
Lead enhancements, configuration, and scaling of OneStream as the central FP&A and reporting platform and drive adoption and maturity
Ensure enterprise-wide management reporting is standardized, accurate, and timely while allowing segment-specific flexibility
Serve as the voice of the business across Finance leadership, IT, and segment-level users; translate business goals into technical requirements
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define and prioritize data analytics requirements supporting FP&A across OneStream, Power BI, Oracle Fusion, and o9
Partner with segment FP&A, Corporate Finance, and technical teams to deliver value incrementally; define epics, user stories, and sprint priorities for agile teams
Develop training plans, champion adoption, and lead change management across user groups
Define and track KPIs related to reporting timeliness, forecast accuracy, and user satisfaction
Support executive-level reporting alignment and drive high-impact outcomes at scale
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in FP&A systems, financial reporting, or financial systems product management
Direct experience with OneStream (design, implementation, or administration)
Proven track record of delivering cross-functional technology projects
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting (including scenario and drivers based), variance analysis, planning cycles, corporate finance operations, and data governance
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS, and Azure Data Lake preferred
MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with finance executives, technical teams, and end users
Ability to define epics, user stories, and sprint priorities for agile teams
Adaptability and comfort managing shifting priorities and ambiguous problems
Willingness to travel 1-20%
