Requirements
Experience as a Product Manager working on complex technical or AI/agentic products
Analytical thinker with strong data skills; able to drive insights that inform decisions, understand key metrics, conduct analysis, and measure success
Proven track record of driving go-to-market strategies and adoption with B2B customers
Skilled in product discovery with a hypothesis-driven mindset
Customer-centric approach, adept at managing high volumes of feature requests and prioritizing to balance customer satisfaction with impact and resources
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
Excited by solving business problems and strategizing how technology, especially Artificial Intelligence, can make a meaningful impact in the HR Tech space
Willingness/ability to work in a hybrid working set up (office is based in London)
