Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and conduct commercial negotiations in alignment with the Procurement Policy, applying the most appropriate sourcing strategies to achieve the best price and quality conditions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the supplier market (national and international) for the services/materials under management
Ensure that all processes are recorded in SAP and/or Ariba and/or the network, and comply with the Company's compliance standards
Manage the entire Purchase-to-Pay process, ensuring delivery and final fulfillment of all negotiated conditions
Execute BID processes, perform analyses to equalize proposals (technical and commercial), and prepare TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) assessments for negotiation and long-term contract formulation
Respond to requests while respecting SLAs and the areas' budgets in accordance with the Business Plan
Manage systemic and legal contracts, interfacing with operations and the legal team
Update and monitor the area's KPIs with dynamic, integrated management, supporting decision-making according to strategic needs
Analyze purchase requests for services and materials through authorized requisitions and terms of reference, managing internal clients with distinct demands and needs; contact them to clarify doubts or understand the presented need
Conduct negotiations with various suppliers, stakeholders and the Supply team, creating appropriate commercial conditions in terms of cost and lead times to ensure results, secure the lowest acquisition cost, rationalize inventories and improve product and service quality
Manage and oversee the budget for assigned categories in line with the Business Plan
Follow internal standards related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, among others, pursuing continuous improvement
Manage multiple stakeholders with distinct, highly complex demands and needs
Seek and establish long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers
Apply Category Management effectively and strategically, translating it into projects and value-added initiatives through Strategic Sourcing
Develop cost models and understand cost composition (Make or Buy and Cost Breakdown)
Monitor market drivers for the managed categories dynamically, generating inputs for strategic decision-making for the Company
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental, or related fields)
Knowledge of Category Management and Strategic Sourcing
Availability to travel
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Power BI: Advanced proficiency (data reading/analysis)
Experience with SAP and Ariba
Knowledge of federal, state and municipal taxation
English (intermediate to advanced)
Preferred: experience contracting services and materials/equipment, with focus on Construction, Sanitation, Consulting, Projects, among others
Advantageous: MBA or certification/training in Supply, Logistics or Procurement
