About the role

  • Senior PMO Manager at Allwyn UK managing the Allwyn Delivery Framework. Leading transformation initiatives for The National Lottery with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the custodian of the Allwyn Delivery Framework and all associated processes.
  • Ensure the Allwyn Delivery Framework is ISO 9001 compliant.
  • Accountable for ensuring all other teams are knowledgeable on Allwyn Delivery Framework aspects.
  • Monitor and measure project and programme performance through data and analysis.
  • Identify trends and patterns to create insight driven performance improvement.
  • Act as the PMO tool/system expertise.
  • Manage project risks and issues according to policy and process.
  • Custodian of all PMO related reporting.
  • Facilitate Change Delivery Board Steerco.
  • Lead a team of PMO Analysts, fostering performance driven environment.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Project; Power BI, resource profiles, and link plans for complex, multi-resourced projects.
  • Microsoft Office; Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of process improvement and appraisal activities.
  • Stakeholder management both upwards and below.
  • Managing and developing teams.
