About the role

  • Utilize the payroll vendor platform to process payroll for employees across multiple APAC locations.
  • Enter, review, and validate payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and benefits deductions.
  • Manage and process special payroll cycles, such as bonuses and commissions, and ensure all payroll processing adheres to company policies and regulations.
  • Review and reconcile payroll reports each pay period to ensure accuracy of employee payments, vendor remittances, and statutory filings.
  • Partner with HR and Finance teams to streamline data flows and resolve issues related to employee data.
  • Contribute to projects involving payroll implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years’ experience in high-volume payroll processing, auditing, with direct hands-on experience in multiple countries.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and keen into details.
  • Strong communicator with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and manipulation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Additional desirable qualifications include proficiency with CloudPay or ADP payroll systems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
