About the role

  • Monitor service delivery reports and key KPIs/KRIs.
  • Track performance against outsourcing obligations and escalate deviations.
  • Assist in documenting and maintaining oversight evidence for regulatory expectations.
  • Log, track, and follow up on incidents affecting EU operations.
  • Coordinate with different teams on remediation status and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Support operational risk assessments and preparation of inputs for risk reporting packs.
  • Support the Head of Operations in tracking onboarding, reviews, and client maintenance cases, ensuring timely escalation of delays or risks.
  • Coordinate inputs for EU Committees (e.g. CRC and COC), including documentation and follow-ups on outcomes.
  • Prepare monthly MI packs on operational performance, resilience, and financial crime-related escalations impacting operations.
  • Maintain logs of oversight activities for audit and governance purposes.
  • Assist in the closure of management actions from audit or review findings.
  • Liaise with Operations, Compliance, and Product teams from the broader group to ensure EU requirements are captured and acted upon.
  • Support preparations for new product initiatives from an EU operational perspective.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Good knowledge of operational processes (fincrime, customer support, payment operations, digital assets) in a financial services or fintech environment.
  • Comfortable handling data, preparing reports, and presenting findings.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work across borders and functions.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
