About the role
- Senior Systems Administrator for Behaviour Interactive, maintaining infrastructure and enhancing SaaS platforms. Collaborating with Infrastructure Lead for scalable growth and tech advancements.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and networks across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Manage system access, authentication, and secure remote connectivity.
- Support cloud infrastructure for SaaS applications and assist with platform migrations.
- Provide Tier 3/escalation support for complex technical issues, including performance troubleshooting across servers, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and support teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and ensure a stable, highly available environment for both internal and client systems.
- Participate in an on-call rotation with other team members.
- Evaluate and test new tools and solutions, contributing to modernization and automation initiatives.
- Mentor junior administrators and share expertise across the team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or related infrastructure roles.
- Deep expertise with Windows Server (2012 and later), including upgrades and migrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware ESXi), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and enterprise storage (Nimble, HPE Qumulo).
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals with practical experience in HPE Aruba switching and firewall administration (Fortinet or equivalent).
- Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or equivalent).
- Experience managing authentication and identity services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SAML).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, serving as Tier 3/escalation support.
- A collaborative, team-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
