About the role
- Tier 3 Service Desk/System Administrator for Absolute Business Solutions Corp providing support at DIAs NDOC. Requires strong Linux and Windows systems administration skills and active Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional user support services
- Leverage expertise in operating systems, hardware, GPU, and high-speed networking
- Maintain Linux and Windows systems administration and performance optimization
- Support DIAs National Digital Exploitation and OSINT Center (NDOC)
- Collaborate with team members under the 10-year DOMEX Technology Platform (DTP) contract
Requirements
- Bachelors or higher degree.
- Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 4+ years of relevant systems administration experience
- Expertise in Linux systems administration (RHEL/CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Experience with patching (yum/APT repositories) and virtual server builds.
- Familiarity with Agile project management and security requirements derivation.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience working in air-gapped environments.
- Ability to obtain Privileged User Account (PUA) certification by the Government.
