About the role
- Material Planning Analyst with expertise in inventory management for aviation maintenance at Azul. Driving efficiency with data analysis and cross-functional collaboration in Barueri/SP.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of aviation materials, ensuring sufficient availability to meet maintenance needs without excess stock;
- Analyze historical data and trends to forecast future demand for parts and materials, adjusting inventory levels as needed;
- Use data analysis tools to track inventory performance, identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize material usage;
- Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor process performance;
- Lead continuous improvement projects related to materials planning, implementing new technologies and processes to increase efficiency;
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and operations teams to align material requirements with maintenance schedules and flight operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in relevant areas is a plus;
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects and implementing new technologies and processes;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Experience with Power BI;
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Advanced English;
- Experience in materials planning, logistics or inventory management, not necessarily in the aviation sector;
- Experience with Python, JavaScript and other programming languages.
