Responsibilities
Develop a clear marketing strategy aligned with HarborLab’s business goals.
Define customer personas (ship owners, operators, agents, vendors) and map value propositions for each.
Support go-to-market planning for new product features and regional expansion.
Create compelling content (case studies, blogs, white papers, presentations) to showcase HarborLab’s impact.
Translate complex product features into clear customer value.
Build HarborLab’s voice in industry media and digital channels.
Run multi-channel campaigns (SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, events, webinars).
Optimize digital presence to increase visibility and lead generation.
Partner with sales on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
Identify co-marketing opportunities with associations, port authorities, and tech partners.
Support HarborLab’s presence at global maritime events, conferences, and panels.
Define and track KPIs (pipeline, lead generation, CAC, conversion rates).
Analyze performance data to optimize campaign impact.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Requirements
5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or industrial tech.
Proven ability to design and execute demand generation campaigns.
Strong content creation skills for both technical and business audiences.
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, PipeDrive, Google Analytics).
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
