Responsibilities
Champion Business Alignment: Understand business processes and goals deeply and translate them into technology strategies that deliver measurable impact.
Drive Innovation: Identify and introduce market-leading solutions that accelerate business objectives with a focus on speed to market and build best in class CI/CD Pipelines.
Lead RFPs, craft compelling business cases, and develop project charters for strategic initiatives.
Lead & Inspire Teams: Coach, mentor, and develop your team to achieve peak performance.
Conduct timely evaluations and foster a culture of growth and collaboration.
Own Technology Delivery: Manage technical requirements and oversee engineering execution for Center of Enablement team enabling operational excellence.
Implement agile practices to keep delivery efficient and aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate for Success: Partner with business units to align technology and business roadmaps, ensuring strategic, operational, and tactical goals are met.
Elevate Engineering Standards: Improve software development practices across the lifecycle—emphasizing quality, automation, and modern CI/CD methodologies.
Deliver Projects with Impact: Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage their lifecycle from inception to completion.
Shape Governance & Planning: Participate in governance forums, planning sessions, and initiative reviews to influence key decisions.
Plan for the Future: Contribute to annual operating plans and ensure financial readiness for new initiatives, including infrastructure costs.
Manage Vendor Partnerships: Review and provide input on vendor SOWs/contracts and oversee external partners to ensure successful outcomes.
Optimize Product Roadmaps: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product roadmaps, maximizing delivery of features and functionality.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously build your knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to lead initiatives effectively.

Requirements
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
Typically requires 3 years of people's leader experience.
Experience leading technology teams.
Typically requires 5 years of information technology experience with demonstrated expertise in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation with hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management.
Previous work experience building technology platforms and teams required.
Previous hands-on experience building CI/CD Pipelines, SDLC Toolsets and platform capabilities.
Domain experience in DevOps and/or CI/CD pipelines, and/or SDLC toolsets, infrastructure and operations, and/or financial products (e.g., credit cards, mortgages, auto loans, deposits, etc.).
