Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or business operations in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven experience working in a senior leadership or Chief of Staff role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Highly analytical with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
