About the role

  • Managing global compensation programs at IFF, a global leader in flavors and fragrances. Empowering stakeholders through effective communication and financial governance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global compensation processes, including annual planning cycles, market reviews, and development of financial and compensation analytics
  • Partner with Finance on compensation budgeting, cost modeling, forecasting, and financial impact analysis related to global compensation programs.
  • Support financial governance by ensuring compensation plans and outcomes align with approved budgets and financial controls.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using PMO best practices.
  • Support stakeholder alignment and employee education through clear, effective communication of compensation programs to a large, global audience.
  • Partner with HRIT to optimize system configurations and improve user experience across compensation tools.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements across compensation workflows, including automation and integration with systems such as Workday.
  • Drive continuous improvement of compensation programs and policies, including change management efforts to support successful adoption.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, regional Total Rewards leaders, business leaders, and Finance partners to ensure effective execution of compensation strategies.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to promote consistent application of compensation policies and practices globally.

Requirements

  • 7+ years (Manager) of progressive compensation experience in global organizations.
  • Demonstrated analytical and technical skills; ability to perform in-depth analysis and present recommendations to management in a compelling and data-driven manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute multiple priorities.
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
