Responsibilities
The technical “go-to” person for our on-site operations teams for maintenance and fault-resolution questions
Develop checklists, handover protocols and other technical documents in collaboration with our Technical Manager
Analyze customer requests for maintenance and fault resolution and define the optimal approach, required personnel and tools
Support projects directly at the turbine as needed and assist with technical challenges
Work with safety regulations (QHSE) and communicate their importance to the teams
Drive continuous improvements in this area
Implement solution-focused, proactive responses to technical issues
Provide transparent and clear communication, reliability and supportiveness as a team player
Set priorities correctly in a service business that is characterized by short-term changes
Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in wind turbine service, Remote Control/SCADA and/or maintenance and fault resolution across multiple turbine types
Ideally experience with turbine commissioning
Experience in SCADA/communication technology with at least two major Western OEMs such as Vestas, Nordex, Enercon, Senvion, GE or Siemens Gamesa
Preferably qualified in electrical engineering, electronics/SCADA or communication technology, or hold a comparable, recognized technical qualification
Confident user of MS Office and MS Project
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
