About the role
- Senior Manager, Program Manager leading the Independent Review team in L3Harris Technologies. Developing and implementing review programs and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and implementing an independent review program within the segment, to include pre-award reviews, in-execution reviews, and independent baseline reviews
- Leverage a wide array of PM experience, including challenged program turnaround, to provide insight and recommendations during independent reviews
- Engages internal and external subject matter expertise as required to deliver innovative solutions to strategic objectives within the organization
- Brings projects to closure through ability to plan and execute within required timelines
- Apply knowledge of EVMS, scheduling, risk management, and other core principles and tools
- Responsible for understanding strategic objectives, setting expectations, and leading teams to achieve desired outcomes
- Lead various continuous improvement (e3) initiatives for the Program Management Excellence team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
- Demonstrated experience in Agile planning and execution
- Demonstrated understanding of EVMS concepts with application to company policy/documentation to include cost/schedule integration, risk identification and change management
- Ability to obtain Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance
- Ability to Travel – up to 35%
