Responsibilities
Drive strategic initiatives that evolve the in-store experience across the US Retail Bank
Focus on embedding Governance & Control practices and strengthening Risk Management
Provide people management leadership by hiring, setting goals, and developing staff
Collaborate with key business areas to implement transformation efforts
Develop and implement a holistic governance and control strategy for the business function
Manage activities that require alignment across multiple areas

Requirements
4-year degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of related experience
Demonstrated track record of cost, quality and schedule control of projects
Proven ability to effectively manage projects
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Detail oriented
Ability to exercise sound judgment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong teamwork and client skills
Highly motivated
In-depth knowledge of construction standards, work methods, equipment and materials, operating practices and applicable codes
