Join Yum! Brands as the Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy and help shape the future of our global business. This highly visible role sits at the center of enterprise-wide strategy and planning, partnering with the VP of Strategy, CEO, CFO, and senior leaders across our brands and functions. This person will bring sharp strategic thinking, structured problem solving, and exceptional communication skills to help define Yum!’s long-term direction and deliver results against our most important priorities.
Enterprise Strategy & Planning:
Partner with the VP of Strategy to develop Yum!’s enterprise strategy and long-term roadmap
Build frameworks and analyses that inform growth, M&A, portfolio decisions, and brand positioning
Support enterprise-wide planning processes, including the 5-Year Strategic Roadmap, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and quarterly strategy reviews
Ensure alignment across brands, strategy teams, and centers of excellence
Executive Leadership Support:
Help drive Yum!’s executive operating rhythm, including the executive leadership team and other CEO-led forums
Develop materials, agendas, and insights that enable effective decision-making and progress tracking.
Coordinate leadership alignment and follow-through on strategic priorities
CEO & Board Engagement:
Prepare executive-ready materials for the CEO, including Board presentations, enterprise forums, and major speaking engagements.
Ensure clarity, consistency, and impact in strategic messaging across internal and external audiences.
Partner across brands and functions to deliver high-quality content for CEO and Board communications.
Strategic Initiatives & Results Delivery:
Support Yum!’s Results Delivery Office, ensuring enterprise initiatives are well-orchestrated, tracked, and delivering value.
Partner with the Finance team to embed financial and value-tracking into AOPs and forecasts.
Contribute to quarterly strategy updates for the Board
Play a key role in enterprise-wide programs beyond current initiatives, ensuring Yum! executes on its boldest priorities.
Support critical cross-brand strategic initiatives such as the commercialization of Yum’s digital, data, and technology assets—turning innovation into new income streams
Oversee the pipeline of initiatives, evaluate prioritization, build business cases, and support go-to-market execution in collaboration with Digital, Analytics, and Brand partners.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent preferred
Proven ability to structure complex problems, analyze data, develop insights, and communicate clearly with senior leaders.
Strong executive presence and comfort working with C-suite stakeholders.
Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
