About the role

  • Support steady state Anaplan models
  • Intake, prioritization and execution of all changes (defects, enhancements, projects, models)
  • User acceptance testing, training, issue analysis & resolution, trending, and Segment/Enterprise reporting
  • Actively gather and integrate stakeholder feedback to drive rapid iteration and improvement
  • Prioritize features and technical initiatives to deliver maximum value, balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, and business priorities
  • Create detailed user stories to align a team of engineers, architects, and UX designers in support of new features and functionality within various Anaplan models
  • Collaborate across peers to establish and maintain an effective, repeatable governance process
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for finance optimization and automation opportunities
  • Develop and lead training sessions for large audiences in a constantly changing Anaplan environment
  • Conduct data validations between various data sources to ensure data is consistent and accurate within Anaplan

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of FP&A or Financial Systems Consulting experience
  • 2 years of Finance and FP&A activities and processes experience
  • 2 years of Anaplan experience to support users for issue analysis/resolution
  • Process improvement and technology methodologies (Six Sigma, Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, ADLC, etc.)
  • Direct experience working with or being part of a center of excellence to ensure governance standards are met and continuously improved, large-scale implementations, change management and stakeholder management
  • Anaplan experience as a user or as part of a support team
  • Strong business knowledge – Understanding of our current business, downstream implications, and areas where input and collaboration with other teams is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to understand and bridge IT and Finance processes to present clear and concise information across the enterprise.
  • Adaptability - Ability to pivot quickly, re-assess, and move forward in a constantly changing environment.
