About the role
- Learning Experience Designer Senior creating and implementing business-aligned learning solutions for Elevance Health. Collaborating with various teams and maintaining all content within the LMS system while meeting business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing, designing, building, and implementing learning solutions
- Co-manages internal review processes
- Participates in the peer mentorship program
- Co-manages the LMS system for the EE LED team
- Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes
- Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions
- Collaborates with content developers, graphic designers, technology consultants, and project team members
- Actively maintains all content
- Contributes to Learning & Development sub-teams and communities of practice
Requirements
- Requires BA/BS in Computer Sciences, Instructional Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of web design/development experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience supporting a training/learning organization
- Knowledge of instructional design concepts for design of effective learning solutions
- Ability to apply knowledge of FEP processes for effective creation of new hire content
- Prior experience using Articulate Rise and/or Articulate Storyline
- Prior experience supporting learning and development within contact center environments
- Project management experience preferred
