About the role

  • Lead the Discovery, Refinement and Go-to-Market process for new products and initiatives.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies, supporting the team with clear scope and validation of deliveries.
  • Co-own alignment with business areas, technology and stakeholders at all stages of the project.
  • Elicit and understand user and business pains and needs, translating them into value-driven solutions.
  • Facilitate and/or participate in ideation and co-creation workshops with stakeholders.
  • Support definition of value hypotheses and prioritization of problems to be solved.
  • Refine, detail and prioritize the backlog based on impact, effort and dependencies.
  • Ensure alignment of scope, expectations and communication with all interested parties.
  • Support stakeholder management, promoting visibility and continuous engagement.
  • Ensure the quality of deliveries based on the Definition of Done.
  • Align and communicate scope changes, deviations and impediments.
  • Make decisions based on data, evidence and product metrics.
  • Write clear, concise user stories to ensure continuous delivery of value.
  • Responsible for functional validation of deliveries, conducting acceptance tests, UAT/approval with stakeholders and ensuring acceptance criteria are aligned with business and user needs.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams during validation, organizing validation sessions, collecting structured feedback and promoting clarity, alignment and agility in resolving deviations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Intermediate English — a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, including ability to: create presentations and status reports; write requirements, user stories and functional documentation; and produce training materials and feature/product documentation.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Experience creating wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes, focused on making solutions tangible from a UX perspective (simplifying information architecture, activities and user journeys).
  • Knowledge and practice in process modeling using BPMN.
  • Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.) — desirable.
  • Familiarity with OKRs and prioritization frameworks (such as RICE, MoSCoW, WSJF, etc.) — desirable.
  • Analytical capability for data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and lead co-creation activities with diverse stakeholder profiles.
  • Ability to articulate feedback in a structured way, converting it into prioritized backlog adjustments when necessary.
