About the role

• Senior Investment Advisor at Invest Lithuania supporting international investment attraction. Developing sales strategies and engaging with global defence and aviation sector companies.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support in attracting large international companies to Lithuania.
• Develop sales strategies and plans, create Lithuania's value proposition and share it with the world's leading defence sector companies and manufacturing industry players.
• Help build a strong network of international C-level executives of well-known global companies, business consultants, and service providers.
• Plan and implement sales and marketing activities that present Lithuania in a positive light.
• Take part in various events while proactively looking for direct foreign investment opportunities in Lithuania.
• Keep a close eye on global trends in Aviation MRO, defence and other manufacturing industries.
• Improve and innovate with a results-focused approach.

Requirements

• Your unique experience – at least 3-4 years in the field of sales, management consulting or business development, preferably in an international B2B environment.
• An understanding of Lithuania’s business environment and basic economic literacy, an interest in investment attraction in the field of defence, aviation and advanced manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of the defence and Aviation MRO sector (both in Lithuania and abroad) is a big plus.
• Experience in real estate law, energy and legislative processes in Lithuania would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and IT literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and Lithuanian.
