About the role
- Senior Finance Manager overseeing financial processes and partnering with management at logistics SaaS startup. Responsible for financial planning, reporting, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- You plan and forecast jointly with the CEO and continuously develop our existing financial plan and business model
- You prepare meaningful financial metrics and decision-making materials for board, management, and investor meetings
- You act as a Finance Business Partner to management – providing peer-level sparring on budget and performance
- You are responsible for signing off monthly and quarterly financial statements and preparing investor reporting for the CEO
- You take end-to-end ownership of Finance & Accounting in close coordination with our tax advisor
- You analyze, optimize, and build scalable finance and reporting processes and continuously improve them
- You take ownership of data privacy and contract management processes, including filing and documentation structures, quality management, and training
Requirements
- You have several years of experience in finance at a startup or scale-up and have worked directly with executive management
- You work extremely carefully, act independently, and know how to reliably check your work for errors
- You understand different areas of finance and can quickly grasp interrelations
- You think proactively, drive operational topics forward, and enjoy working on projects
- You interact confidently with diverse stakeholders, especially on budget matters, and therefore bring a senior presence and relevant experience
- A degree in Finance or a related field is a plus
