Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with new clients to understand their unique needs, requirements, and expectations for a successful implementation.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and key milestones while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects to completion.
Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, resolve issues efficiently, and provide consistent project status updates to clients and stakeholders.
Establishment and management of client relationships during the onboarding process.
Development and management of overall project plans to drive project teams to specific milestones, risk assessment and mitigation, and effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes.
Drive your Implementations independently – leveraging a curious tenacious mindset to think critically in order to deliver high quality outcomes.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Project Management required
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools required
Demonstrated use of Project Management tools
Strong written and verbal communication
Future travel to client meetings or onsite training may be required – 10-25% depending on specific role
HS Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
