Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, aligning Coupa solutions with the company’s long-term procurement and financial objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Coupa core modules, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Oversee and drive the successful delivery of Coupa implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Engage with stakeholders across business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, identify opportunities for process optimization, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive the development of insightful reporting solutions using Coupa’s Reports & Insights module, empowering decision-makers with real-time data and analytics.
• Proactively identify areas for system and process enhancements to optimize the use of Coupa and other integrated tools, ensuring maximum value and efficiency for the business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Coupa and other SCM platforms.
• Hands-on experience leading the support, implementation and integration of Coupa with other financial and ERP systems.
• Previous experience working in consulting or systems integration, providing tailored solutions to clients in various industries.
• Expertise in system integration, data migration, and aligning financial management software with business requirements.
• Ability to design, configure, and deploy customized reporting and business intelligence solutions using reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management, financial reconciliation, and cash flow optimization tools such as Fides-Treasury, Kyriba, and TIS-CashOptix.
