Requirements
- Extensive Backend experience (5+ years)
- Experience maintaining and improving upon large code bases
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Nice to have: Experience with our stack: Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, NodeJS, React, PostgreSQL, AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, observability, or dev tooling.
- An opinionated take on backend architecture, accessibility, or design systems.
