- Develop a library of scalable and maintainable React and Web Components
- Implement these components across all digital properties
- Work closely with Architects and Leads to design solutions that meet business needs
- Engage in an agile delivery model with various product enablement teams
- Lead strategies and projects within complex business and marketing environments
Requirements
- 5 or more years’ experience working in or leading complex enterprise implementations
- An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working within a rapidly changing startup environment
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps principles, development focused on testing, continuous integration, and other Software Engineering norms
- Strong understanding of the web platform and its capabilities
- Eagerness to learn emerging technologies and understanding how they will impact future developments
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
