Requirements
- Startup/scaleup experience: Worked at a company that raised at least Series A or B (≥ USD 5M) .
- Strong expertise in Python and experience architecting backend or full-stack systems at scale (Django, Frappe, FastAPI).
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, ERPNext, SAP) or integrating internal platforms.
- Skilled in cloud deployment and scalability (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Comfortable building front-end dashboards, portals, or helpdesk tools for internal teams and clients.
- Proven track record in mentoring or leading developers , preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Experience with AI or data-driven workflow integration to optimize business operations.
- Ability to ship features fast while maintaining production-quality standards in a high-pressure environment.
