About the role

  • Senior Financial Analyst conducting in-depth financial analysis for St. Joseph’s Health. Supporting budget forecasting, reporting, and providing financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assists with the annual budget, quarterly forecasting, cost accounting maintenance and reporting as well as statistical reporting and staffing productivity tracking.
  • Works closely with department directors to monitor budget variances, provide profit & loss statements, financial analysis and serves as a resource on all matters related to budgets and finance

Requirements

  • Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Finance, Business Administration or related field required.
  • Minimum of four years of progressive work related experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, required.
