About the role
- Senior Manager of FP&A leading budgeting and forecasting functions for AMER Construction and Procurement. Overseeing financial deliverables and partnering with global teams for process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead AMER CapEx budgeting, forecasting, and long ‑ range planning
- Ensure forecast accuracy by building proactive partnerships with business stakeholders and driving disciplined alignment across teams
- Own global consolidation activities and deliver executive ‑ level reporting packages
- Manage and deliver key accounting requirements, including close activities and variance analysis
- Support global initiatives with strategic analysis, alignment, and insights
- Identify, recommend, and assist in automation and process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 8+ years of FP&A experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior Manager capacity
- Demonstrated experience working in global teams across regions and time zones
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast ‑ paced, high ‑ volume environment
- Experience with reporting, dashboarding, and forecasting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Power BI, Oracle)
