Responsibilities
- Be a pivotal player in our core financial planning and analysis activities at Xero
- Contribute directly to how we model our business through our financial planning tool, Anaplan
- Create financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Deliver data-backed, actionable insights to leadership
- Contribute to our financial systems transformation including migration from Adaptive to Anaplan
- Build strong relationships across the organization
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Excellent financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in a high-growth tech/SaaS business or with Anaplan/SQL is a big plus
